Global non-profit non-governmental company, registered at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Amman – The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under Registration Number 261, the 20th of April, 2011.
Design and implement programs, workshops, conferences, studies, research and information management systems to instill knowledge, entrepreneurship and 21st century skills in education, vocational training, media, health, women’s affairs, inclusive focus on fragile and marginalized groups, on national and global levels, by employing modern methodologies, tools, information and communications technology (ICT) to build knowledge-based communities and increase work opportunities.
Knowledge: building and deepening knowledge through instilling upper order, 21st century, knowledge economy and entrepreneurial skills in general, vocational, and community education and training, creating capable knowledge-based communities of producing knowledge, in Jordan, MENA and globally (Africa, Asia and Latin America) through non-profit projects, programs and activities.
Technology: merge ICT, and technical know-how, methodologies, modern and developed tools in teaching, learning, training and work.
Work opportunities: bridge the gap between the individual and his/her competencies and skills, increase working opportunities, fight unemployment and poverty.

Global Tech-Net is now designing new ICT-based models and programs, to make use of ICT-based knowledge economy skills in civic education, public health and education.
G-TeN has global partners, in Asia, Africa, the U.S.A. with experience in the MENA region. It has been short listed for a ICT-based civic education program in Oman.

Mission
Chairman / Founder has been invited to represent Jordan and show-case the Jordanian ICT experience at Montevideo Uruguay upon a UNESCO invitation, in April 2011.
Founder, Reem N. Bsaiso will also participate in the higher pannel for Debt Swap and Creative Financing at UNESCO Paris in May 2011.
